Target group
Only applicants with a qualification and/or consolidated experience in the following fields are eligible for training:

Organization of the training
The teaching activity envisages theoretical and methodological training moments supplemented by a project activity on the Work Based Learning model, i.e. on the job (or Work Project). The training comprises four learning units organized as follows:

Unit 1: Defining target competences for certification as a function of active policy objectives and actions for the candidate
Unit 2: Cooperating in the design and management of actions aimed at the recognition and certification of non-formal and informal competences
Unit 3: Accompanying people interested in the recognition and/or certification of non-formal and informal competences
Unit 4: Planning and contributing to the implementation of assessment practices for the recognition and/or certification of non-formal and informal competences Each training unit includes seminars, workshops and added activities of project elaboration and reflective practice with respect to the single participant’s competence profile.

Final assessment
Each participant will submit a final paper and hold an oral interview. In particular, the paper integrates the argumentative dossier developed during the personal/professional portfolio seminars. The oral discussion will allow an in-depth examination of personal reflections on the learning from the training course as a whole. The training course is free and supported by a learning platform with on-demand video records. The final assessment (submission of the final paper + oral interview) is paid.
